No Customer Service  
If you are looking for a disposable product go with EuroPro. I purchased a EuroPro product. It broke and discovered that their customer service is non-existent. The e-mail address they provide results in an automatic reply directing you to an 800 number which rings and rings several touch tone prompts later you end up with an outsourced rep who is servicing many companies and has no clue about your product. great for baking  
if you like making pan pizza from scratch this is great. Also great for calzoni stromboli breakfast burritos etc. If you are an inventive person youll find no end to cool things to try with this oven. Just make some dough in your bread machine stuff it with left overs and Ragu sauce and in 25 minutes youll be wandering the back streets of Napoli. Wally sells 5 dollar teflon pans that fit perfectly..you can get two of them in the oven at the same time. Say baked potatoes on top lasagna casserole on the bottom?
one thing I really like: no digital controls! my 1000 dollar whirlpool home oven is like programming the space shuttle no one uses it except for holiday turkeys.

New Life  
Ive had this oven for several years.Ive enjoyed it and gotten lots of use out of it. Id hate for it to fail on me because I have several pans that are just its size collected over the years. For some time the fan moving the air for the convection cooking has grown noisier. Recently it got very noisy then the noise stopped. I was sure the fan had failed and I started shopping for a new oven. On closer inspection I realized that the fan was working fine just no longer noisy. It may be a short reprieve but Ill enjoy it while it lasts. : 2010-09-15 09:55:09

Wonderful at first.....  
We were extremely satisfied with this toaster oven for about 6 months. I love the wide variety of options available and used it quite often. At around 6 months of use the springs in the door began to not work properly and the door stopped closing fully. By one year of use the door has a visible 1" gap and at times gets stuck open and is very difficult to close.
